“Let's Get Nigeria Working Again”
The Social Democratic Party (SDP) is a centre-left Nigerian political party. Tracing its name and heritage to the original SDP created in 1989 (whose candidate M.K.O. Abiola won the 1993 election), the current party was re-registered with INEC in December 2002 and has re-emerged as a notable opposition platform.
